Here's something we believe you deserve to know: every piece you order from Artemyst is printed on demand, specifically for you. The moment you place an order, we begin crafting your artwork — selecting the finest cotton canvas, preparing the print, and stretching it onto a solid wood frame.

This isn't mass production. It's thoughtful creation. And it means that once your piece exists, it exists for you.

We share this not to be rigid, but to be real. When you understand how your art comes to life, our policies make sense — and you can shop with complete confidence.

What We Absolutely Guarantee

If any of the following happens, we'll make it right — no questions asked:

Print Quality Issues

Colors significantly different from preview, visible defects, or poor print resolution

Damaged in Transit

Tears, dents, scratches, or any damage that occurred during shipping

Wrong Item Received

You received a different artwork, size, or format than ordered

Manufacturing Defects

Frame warping, loose canvas, improper stretching, or hardware issues

Our Promise: For any quality issue, we'll either send you a perfect replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund. Your choice.

Change of Mind

Your canvas was printed the moment you ordered. It can't be resold to someone else.

Size Wasn't Right

We print to your exact specifications. Once printed, we can't revert the canvas.

Screen calibration and room lighting can affect perception. The print matches our approved color profiles.

Replacements & Shipping

If we send a replacement: Shipping is completely on us. You don't pay a dirham extra.

Returning a damaged item: In most cases, you won't need to return the original. We trust you. Just send us photos as evidence, and we'll ship the replacement. If we do need the item back (rare cases), we'll arrange and cover the pickup.

UAE Delivery: Replacements are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
