We proudly deliver to all seven Emirates of the UAE:
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. For inquiries about shipping outside the UAE, please contact us.
Delivery Timeframes
Because every piece is printed specifically for you, delivery involves two stages:
Production: 3-5 Business Days
Your artwork is carefully printed on premium cotton canvas and stretched onto a solid wood frame. Quality checks are performed before packaging.
Delivery: 2-5 Business Days
Once production is complete, your order is shipped via our trusted delivery partners. Actual delivery time depends on your location within the UAE.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

We offer free shipping across the UAE on all orders. No minimum order value required.
Packaging & Protection
We take care to package your artwork securely for its journey to you. Each piece is wrapped in protective materials to help prevent damage during transit.
While packaging may vary depending on the size and type of artwork, we always aim to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- Tracking information (where available)
- Estimated delivery date
You can also check your order status by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
Delivery Attempt
Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver to the address provided. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Inspect Upon Delivery
Please inspect the outer packaging for visible damage before accepting. If the box appears damaged, note this with the delivery agent and contact us immediately.
Cash on Delivery
Have the exact payment amount ready in cash. The delivery agent will collect payment upon handing over your order.
Missed Delivery?
If you miss a delivery, the courier will typically make a second attempt. You may also be contacted to arrange a convenient time. Additional delivery charges may apply for multiple failed attempts.
Delivery Issues?
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:
- • Damaged packaging or product — Take photos and contact us immediately
- • Missing items — Contact us with your order number
- • Wrong item received — Don't worry, we'll arrange the correct item
- • Delivery delay — We'll investigate and keep you updated
