5.2 Print-on-Demand
Our products are manufactured on demand specifically for each order. Once you place an order, production begins immediately. This means orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.
5.3 Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.
5.4 Availability
Product availability may change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
6. Pricing & Payment
6.1 Prices
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
6.2 Payment Method
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently accept Cash on Delivery as our payment method. Payment is due upon delivery of your order. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the delivery agent.
6.3 Invoices
In accordance with UAE law, we will provide you with a detailed digital invoice in Arabic for every purchase, containing the trade name, product details, price, and quantity.
7. Shipping & Delivery

- • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
- • You must inspect products upon delivery and report damage immediately
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, returns are limited to cases involving quality defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items. Full details are available in our Returns & Quality Guarantee policy.
Important: We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color perception differences. Please review all product details and use our preview tools before ordering.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, artwork, and software, is the property of Artemyst or our licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.
